Emailing Inquiries

- I run my shop completely by myself so please keep this in mind, I do my best to answer any business inquiries sent to my email within 1 business day!

PROCESSING TIMES

- If you place an order for a "pre order" item it may take 4-6 weeks to get the item. Pre Orders are for claiming your item before I actually place / receive the order in hand. Once I get the item from manufacturer I will ship / deliver it immediately.

-I ship out 2 times a week Monday & Thursday. If you place an order after Thursday you will be waiting for me to ship out the following Monday.

REFUND INFO

-I do not accept refunds. If there is an issue with your package please email me.

*EXHANGES

I will accept exchanges on wrong size clothing if it is unworn & within 14 days from receiving the item.
